Ludor Engineering is a partner in the project Industry 4.0 in Healthcare (HI4), funded by the European Union’s ERASMUS+ programme, Key Action 2 – Strategic Partnerships for Vocational Education and Training.
The main objectives of the project are:
- To support the improvement of EU healthcare services quality through implementation of Industry 4.0 concepts by providing relevant studies, analyses, guidelines and open digital educational tools.
- To support the EU healthcare sector modernization through professional development of healthcare personnel by strengthening the key competences related to IND 4.0 in both initial VET and continuing VET.
- To support healthcare personnel in keeping up with the technology advancements in their sector by providing a systematic approach to the initial and continuous professional development of VET teachers, trainers and mentors specialized in Industry 4.0 applications in healthcare as well as the opportunity for such development in both school and workbased settings, through the development of an open and innovative blended-learning course.
It will do it through developing the following Intellectual Outputs:
- “Industry 4.0 applications in healthcare – review and VET guidelines”
- Curricula of “Industry 4.0 in Healthcare” training course
- Learning materials and methodology for the face to face “Industry 4.0 in Healthcare” training course
- Guidelines for “Industry 4.0 in Healthcare” trainers
- “Best practice: Implementation of Industry 4.0 on healthcare in clinical settings and primary care by partner organisations”
All developed in the project results will be available as Open Educational Resources in the 5 languages of the partnership, apart from English.
