The 4.0 ANDCOM project was completed and all training materials developed are available on project website.
The project 4.0 didactic approaches in duty of developing ANDragog’s COMpetences (4.0 ANDCOM) was funded by the European Union’s ERASMUS+ programme, Key Action 2 – Strategic Partnerships for Adult Education, no. 2019-1-PL01-KA204-065130.
Its main objective was to increase visibility, awareness and the ability to use Industry 4.0 solutions in education of low-skilled adults in Poland, Lithuania, Austria, Greece, Spain, Romania and Portugal.
It done it through developing of the following Intellectual Outputs:
All developed project results are available as Open Educational Resources in the seven languages of the partnership, apart from English.
Within the outputs, the project Consortium concentrates on the following concepts of Industry 4.0:
1. Internet of things, in the context of pedagogical use in adult teaching.
2. Additive manufacturing, as an object of adult didactics.
3. Augmented reality, as a real alternative to analog didactic materials.
4. Robotics, which does not have to be difficult.
5. Cybersecurity, as basic necessity of every learning process.
6. Cloud computing, as the future for managing and storing data.
7. Artificial Intelligence, which can gear up education and future prospects.
Target groups: andragogs are the direct target group of 4.0 ANDCOM, especially those teaching low-skilled adults, the indirect target group.
